2. Creator publishing integrations
If you choose to connect a third-party account, such as TikTok, you authorize the application to access only the permissions you approve. Publishing functionality may allow you to select or prepare videos, captions, and visibility settings and submit content to supported platforms. You are responsible for reviewing your content and confirming that you have the rights to publish it. Third-party platform terms, restrictions, and review requirements also apply. We do not guarantee that a video will be accepted, published, or made public.
3. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you own. You represent that you have necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit and publish it. Website branding, original designs, and site materials remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership of your content is transferred to us by use of a publishing integration.
4. Merchandise
Merchandise may be unavailable or offered as previews only. Pre-production images may differ from finished products in color, fit, embroidery, and details. Prices, availability, shipping, and return conditions are subject to the disclosures provided at checkout. Where checkout is offered, payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
5. Third-party services
Links, embedded content, authentication, and publishing features may rely on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
6. Availability and disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access or particular results, to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
